"Problem solved"

I just modified this line from:
..mainBoxBot { background: rgb(136,59,25); width:740px; height:60px; }

to:
..mainBoxBot { clear:both; background: rgb(136,59,25); width:740px;
height:60px; }

basically added clear:both;
