I know that some browsers are sketchy in rendering 100% table heights.
I am trying to figure out the best way to do this. I want the bottoms
of all 3 sections to be lined up.

Everything renders fine on all Mac browsers, IE, Safari and Netscape.
Everything renders fine on Netscape for PC, but on IE 6, they don't
line up. Any suggestions? IE for PC is obviously the most important
one to fix.
