For WYSIWYG, you can't do better than Nvu.

Of course, you can do better than WYSIWYG. I quite like:

* Nedit
* SciTE
* Bluefish

Each of which can be found with Google, and each of which are available
prepackaged for Mandriva (and probably Fedora Core too).
