Many ISP's have the service at news.[ISP NAME'], like mine
news.centralva.net so if you set in IE, I use Mozilla, but are similar
in setup, a new account> news >server: news.yourISP.com port: 119 and
try it with your ISP username and password. You may be lucky and it
might work, worth a try...
