It would be very appropriate if you changed your website from
www.readyhosting.com to www.shittyhosting.com. Trust me on
this...here's why.

The service you provide is shitty! Your technical staff has a shitty
attitude when talking to customers. Your email system is the shittiest
in the IT world. I could only imagine that your IT
practices/policies/procedures are shitty because every time you do an
upgrade to your system, shitty things occur. Now some reasons come to
mind why this happens:
1) You have a poor, shitty technical team.
2) Your servers are the shittiest around.
3) Your IT practices are shitty...no implementation checklist, no
testing, fix-as-you-go mentality...all shitty!
4) Shitty pay that promotes shitty attitude? Take this to your boss as
this might help your cause.

You people have to do a better job at EVERYTHING. I, for one, will be
looking for a new hosting company that is more reliable and belongs to
the Big Boys Hosting Club. You are small time and it shows. Your
hosting company received awards in the past? Let me guess...the Shitty
Hosting IT (SHIT) Company Award!

Ms. CEO, I can read your company like a book. This is your wake up
call!

It is now Saturday and your email issues have not yet been resolved.
Whatever happened to "24x7 monitoring and support of network connection
and server availability"? Bullshit! How can an "award winning"
hosting company let the weekend go by without having the email issues
resolved? LEGITIMATE ones have them fixed on the same day (if not
within hours). This is VERY IRRESPONSIBLE...WHAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT
TEAM AND LEADERSHIP DO YOU HAVE OVER THERE. You are hurting many
business due to this email issues that you cannot correct. This email
issue has been a nagging problem. Everytime you improve your email
system, the worse it gets! I hope that you learn from this mistake the
hard way! This email will be posted in BLOGS so that the public will
not experience the same problems your poor customers are going through.
Wake up and smell the coffee!
