'..' = means go up ONE folder not TWO
'.' = means the current folder
'../../' = means go up TWO folders

[www.pncorp.com's document root]/images/b-submit.gif
[www.pncorp.com's document root]/contactUs/main.asp


'images' and 'contactUs' are both one folder off the root
