Site maps have helped me on occations, I'll admit that. Other than that,
I have long since given up trying to convince a customer that what he
want's is silly, useless. Mostly, figuring out the costs, multiplying by
4-5 will get thir minds working 'right'.

Customers have, in my experience, the weirdest business cases. A
Marketing or Sales division wields loads of power. If their business
case says: give me a site map and I will increase revenue by $muchmoney,
they they tend to get their will..
