Probably not. You are just going to have to face the facts. The table is
too wide.
Why do you have that wide column, Länkar, of URLs? Why not use an href
and make a link out of the digits in the first column? Doing so will
reduce the overall width of the table by at least one third.

Use another word, a short word, instead of Lägenhetsnummer to narrow the
column of digits.
You should put content in empty cells, too, so IE shows a border. Use
