Does the page perform as it should? If so, then the errors are
meaningles other than to claim you have an errorless page.

There are a few ways to get around using embed, but you end up having
other issues which could effect the functionallity of the Flash.

So if your goal is to make the page work, then use embed. It works.
If your goal is to have a page that has a lesser chance of working, but
validates, then use one of the other methods. (I think someone gave you
a link to the other methods.)
