It is inadequate. In addition to listing differences that aren't
differences, it fails to list many silent changes that can only be
detected by carefully comparing the DTDs. (I haven't made a detailed
comparison for two simple reasons: it would be of no use (since XHTML
1.0 is not useful), and nobody would pay me for it.)
