Well, it's still a long way off CSS 2.1, but it also has:

* fixed positioning and backgrounds;
* alpha-blended PNGs sans hacks;
* proper support for :hover;
* proper suppoer for !important;
* child selectors; and
* a handful of CSS 3 selectors.

It also has RSS and tabs.
