First of all, <font> tags were already deprecated when the web was
invented.

When you do not want to use GET variables to refer to a specific site,
you can link to something like this:
ps2reviewsdisplay.php/ps2/ps2acsl.html
Then parse the $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] variable within that script.

Do not specify the title in a link.
