Hi everyone,
I've been trying very hard to make a drop-down menu work, but it is
very frustrating. I have looked at several examples here and other
places online, and tried altering them to suit my page, but no luck.
I would appreciate it if some kind person would help me do this
(This is for a fundraiser for the local Rotary club.)
-- Here is my situation:
I have a database called rotary_pizza_db and a table called greeks
The table greeks contains the column called house
I simply want a page with ONE drop down menu that takes the house names
from the mysql database and uses them to populate a drop-down menu with
choices, and sends the variable as house (if possible)
The only other thing is a password blank.
I WILL PAY THE FIRST PERSON THAT HELPS ME by posting a solution here
$20 via paypal if they write out the whole thing, line for line, with
comments in between lines to explain what each line is doing.
No kidding. I'm really that stuck. I will pay right away once I test
that it works.
I am using PHP 5.0.4 and MySQL 4.1.14.
PLEASE EMAIL ME FIRST so I can say 'go ahead' and don't have 2 people
doing it at the same time. My email is snowsong1@gmail.com.
NEED THIS ASAP.
I have been able to get the login/pw to work with blanks, but I really
want the pulldown menu as there is quite a long list of houses
involved.
Please please please help!!
Thanks in advance,
Jamie
