Well, it depends on how you mean "works well with php". My text editor
can display HTML code as if it were a web page but can't interpet php
code. I have to run it through my Apache development server and display
it there to get the code to run.
There's the ZEND environment. Haven't tried it except on MacOS X and
decided to pass on it. YMMV.
If you want to do WYSIWYG design for HTML with CSS, Dreamweaver is one
of the industry standards. If you learn it, you can code pages most
anywhere.
