Are you sure you saved the text file, that holds the content for
Greek, in
iso-8859-7 before you uploaded it to the server?

If your server has phpMyAdmin instaled, switch the language to Greek
iso-8859-7 and browse the content of your database. If you see Greek
values being incorrectly displayed, there's your problem.
