Once you get it installed, do http://localhost/ in your browser. You
should at least get Index of blahblahblah Apache/1.3.33 Server at
localhost Port 80.
(of course the program must be running, a flashing e in your taskbar)

Put your blog software in programfiles/easyphp/www/theblogscripts/

go to http://localhost/theblogscripts/
