So far I can check your code seems fine, the mail()
function is only a call to the mail inyection of your mailing system.
Check in php.ini if its correctly configured , can you succesfully send
a single email message from a php script? turn ON all the error
messaging display you can. comment your mail() sending lines and check
your program actually finishes.
