If you want to view a PHP file prior to server upload, you're going to need
a shareware program such as Zend's PHP Development Environment that debugs
code, or install PHP on a local machine for testing. Other programs may do
this, but not near as effectively, and chances are their libraries are
outdated whereas Zend's is always the most recent.
