I vagely remember reading years ago the differences between a cold and
warm reboot. Can't even find anything on the net about it. But
obviously there is a difference because the warm reboot doesn't do the
'Saving Configuration' wait screen so maybe the new settings aren't
being 'registered' then next time the system starts.
