Hi I'm looking for a bulletin board where all new user registrations
are emailed to the administrator for approval / rejection.

I assumed phpBB would have this as a feature but having loaded it can't
find it as an option anywhere :-(

Is it there somewhere or can anyone recommend a similar board that does
have this feature?
