Apache is a webserver that works under a number of operating systems.
IIS is a webserver that only works under one (Windows-based).

Developersite.net used to have an "all-in-one" download for Windows, but
it looks like http://www.wampserver.com/ does the same thing now (as
someone else mentioned)
