What would I charge for that job? .... alot. heh. Its true though.
Theres 3 big triggers for me at least.

1) You are doing all the graphic design
2) You have to deal with money
3) You have to deal with security.

When you add all of those things up, the site can get pretty costly
despite that you could do this without any relative problems like you
have mentioned.
It would really come down to how you view the quality of your skills,
but I would be charging upwards of $2,000 for a website like this easy.
