I don't know what's on that DVD, but on the real DVD the first thing
that happens when you slide it in, is that you get a splash screen
where you can select x86, x6 and IA64.

You might want to check the documentation for the DVD you got at the
launch to see what it says. Or just browse it, and see if there is any
x64 on it.
