Nice idea.
I appreciate its only beta, but the page doesn't validate. I suggest you add
a section on "do-it-yourself" reviews and put down W3C Markup Validation
Service (http://validator.w3.org/) as the first port of call.
How are you going to tackle the problem that most of the people who would
want to use the service wouldn't know where to start if they were to do a
review of someone else's site. If someone has to do a review to get a review
then most of the reviews are likely to be of the form "yes, like that"
(because they don't know what else to say).
Still, I like the idea. Hope it takes off.
