If you found a few random nuggets of gold...do you think it'd be a
good idea to suddenly start a multi-BILLION dollar strip mine over the
area you found em at?

There's a difference between being an idiot and trying to achieve 100%
market penetration and not being an idiot and KNOWING where YOUR
market is.

Another example is with web design, there are currently HUNDREDS of
different web browsers out there, but do you suppose it would make
much sense to spend HUNDREDS of hours testing your site on EVERY
single off the wall browser that was ever made? Or would it make more
sense to simply spend a few minutes and cover all the MAJOR browsers?
