Thus far, the only real problems I've had with IIS and PHP always trace
back to CGI/FastCGI. When I've used the ISAPI module, I've had
relatively few problems. Of course, all these servers were either devel
servers or low-traffic ones.
I've also had a lot of luck with apache on Windows installed as a
module. Again, relatively low traffic sites again (~3.5G/mo, 21K visits)
