Thank you, i tried out that code but for some reason it says that there
is a problem with it near the SUBDATE(NOW(), 31) area. But that doesnt
matter now as i think i might just show all the entries but with only 5
a page.

You mentioned that you are making one as said about the Archive bit
where it will say the number of entries in that month. Well i have
already made an archive bit but was wondering about the bit of code
that will let you find the number of articles between those dates.

I also have categories which i would like to be able to work out the
number of articles of, if thats possible.
