He may not be presenting anything to "you". He may not care what you
want to see. It is their website. Let them present the content they
want in the manner they want to. If they are interested in whart "you"
think, then they will either change to accomidate you, or let you go
somewhere else.

He is using your resourses because you have made the decision to visit
his site. He can only use your resourses if you let him.
