it is telling you that it does not like something on line 2 of IT.php -
(could be line 1 has a problem). There error goes on to say it cannot
find a file. make sure you have permissions set up correctly - all
files execute as the user that runs the web server - not you and it has
restrictions on what directories it can have access and IIRC, \Program
Files\... is not one of them.
