Hi everyone I have a possibly silly question but I have to ask it. Im a
newbie trying to do something new but Im not sure if Im barking up the
right tree or not. Heres what I want to create:

I want a php page with a few checkboxes ect, for example:

Your Name:_______

(checkboxes)
Color:
red
blue
gree
yellow


I then want to enter this into a database. After all this I would then
like to have the same form as above minus the name text box so that I
might check off which ever colors I want then search the database so it
returns the name field from all the matching entries. I know my
explaination sucks but its the best I can think of right now.

Also I dont know where to start with this. I was able make a form that
stored the info in a database but I have no idea how to use that same
form to search with. Any links to docs scripts or good ol advice is
much appreciated.
