Here's an interesting one that I have been playing around with recently (not
sure if this is what you wanted or not):

x_n = k + y_n-1 + abs(x_n-1), x_0 = 1
y_n = x_n-1, y_0 = 2

If you play with your seeds and k, you get some interesting stuff.
