I'm having a problem with webuserprefs 0.6

Your settings file could not be found!

/home/username/.spamassassin/user_prefs exists, has 666 permissions, and
the group owner is apache. I also made /home/username/.spamassassin/
owned by group apache.

The only thing I can think of is that /home/username/.spamassassin/ is
not under the DocumentRoot, so I tried creating
/var/www/html/home/username/.spamassassin/user_prefs That didn't help,
though. I'm stumped...
