Do browsers for the blind ignore style sheets? I wonder if something
like this would work:

CSS:

..hide{
display: none;
}

HTML:

<span class="hide">Most visitors wouldn't see this</span>

Perhaps the best way to distinguish groups of paragraphs is to give them
headings, which you appear to have done anyway.
