"If color alone is used to convey information, people who cannot
differentiate between certain colors and users with devices that have
non-color or non-visual displays will not receive the information. When
foreground and background colors are too close to the same hue, they may not
provide sufficient contrast when viewed using monochrome displays or by
people with different types of color deficits."

So, now I wonder whether something like that would be a good solution
#italiens-foerfattning.subsubsection {background-color: #ffffff;
background-image:none; border-style:dotted; border-color:#00ffff;
color: #000000; display: inline;
text-align:center; }#republikanska-statsskicket.subsubsection
{background-color: #ffffff; background-image:none; border-style:outset;
border-color:#00ffff;
color: #000000; display: inline; text-align:center; }
#italiens-parlament.subsubsection{background-color: #ffffff;
background-image:none; border-style:inset; border-color:#ffffff;
color: #000000; display: inline; text-align:center; }

The problem is that it does not seem to have been implemented by Firefox.
As to blind people what would I need to insert aural information on the
website?
