Actually it answered it perfectly.

You want to change to PHP but you can't seem to demonstrate a single
reason to do so other than you appear to fancy a change.

This message points out PHP is nothing special and tells you there IS
no arguament to use PHP over anything else.

Seems exactly the response you should get to me.
