RSS feed entries are like Usenet posts, once a copy has been
downloaded by the user's feed reader that is where it stays,
regardless of what happens on the server.
People who come along after you've deleted an entry will see only
those that are presently there, but the old entries will remain
visible for anyone who has previously downloaded and stored a local
copy.
For instance my feed at http://www.stevepugh.net/VTT/?feed=rss2
contains 10 entries, but I see 14 in one of my readers and 84 in
another, as that's how many entries have been published since I last
cleared out old messages from those readers.

I see the two Welcome entries and nothing else.
