I'm working on a PT/php/VBA intergration project as we speak. For
that, I'm getting paid my accounting wage, whose amount is embarrassing
to mention - all because my current employer caught on to my
"programming hobby" while I was on lunch and is now capitalizing on
this little "hobby" of mine. Either that, or pay a professional
programmer the going rate, so I don't blame him.
If you think I can do this full-time, it's worth a shot. What do you
think is the normal wage for something like that?
I don't think programming is easier, but it is more interesting to me.
I know all about the deadlines, the stress, mental anguish, and
accomodating for incompetent co-workers.
