Nope -- it gets them from a magic list that it makes up. You can probably 
tweak somewhere in the registry. 
 
Might be easier to rename "c:\windows\notepad.exe" to 
"c:\windows\crappy.exe" and put an editor of your choice where Notepad was. 
 
I quite like SciTE (google for it).
