hi,

I have a page that attempts to read this rss news feed. I set the variable
that describes the RSS feed like this:

$feeds[0]='http://rss.topix.net/rss/movies/1999.xml';

However, whenever I try to view the feed, the php page that uses the
variable above returns a "Forbidden" page. But if I use any other rss feed
it's fine.

Could someone please help me with this problem? I think the solution will
be something simple and obvious, but I can't work out what it is!!!
