Microsoft Outlook Express isn't the only non web-based newsreader. There
are lots of others, most of which do a far better job.

Did I suggest it did? I think you misunderstand what top-posting is.
Perhaps you should read the pages I posted links to, and do some more
research at Google if you're still unsure.
