I had a bat get tangled in my long hair when I was a kid. Scared me
silly...everyone kept saying how lucky I was I did not get bit. For the
longest time after that I would not go out doors after dark. If there are a
few and you are worried about them I would look in the phonebook and call a
pest controller and get them out. They carry rabies and their feces is not
healthy to breathe.
I hate it when our vultures fly the coop. My little tweety bird has been out
of town for the last two weeks. He works in fire protection...he installs
sprinkler systems in stores and offices. He travels where ever he is needed.
I will be glad when he retires.
Maybe whomever called you "bumbles" had a cat and tried to fix it themselves
and "bumbled" the job?
