I like to think Chung Leong was being _subtly_ sarcastic. You were more
than elegant enough, and much more polite than many.
As for bulleted lists, they are a suscinct and effective way to get
several points across.

yes, and in fact unless you were 100% on topic to his original request
(which was basicaly for a coder's resume) then your email might well be
considered spam - so the more I think about it, the more it seems like
posting your response was the most appropriate thing to do.
