Not that I know of. At any rate, there are 375 PEAR packages, and I can't
imagine a situation where you'd want all the packages installed, let alone
one where they were all in use.
The PEAR installer can install offline tarballs, though, so the easiest
thing to do may be to download the packages you do want from the PEAR web
site, copy them to the laptop via whatever method you have available, then
run "pear install <tarball 1> <tarball 2> ..." to install them.
