re: other posts.
IE. is the source of all evil, obviously. The live text resizing works
fine in firefox but not in IE. Good tip, will sort it.
re: Netscape 4 I'm guessing that anyone who uses this browser will be
very familiar with dodgy-ily rendered web pages; there must come a
point at which the guys and gals still driving steam powered cars
realised that internal combustion was giving other people an easier
ride*. Quick look at
http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp suggests that n4
use is absolutely negligible (< 0.5%) and decreasing so I'll risk
annoying them (on my own site) by not designing for them.

I will check other html/css tools, but the fact is you can do simple
sites in notepad as quickly as you can in front page with better
results and you learn more in the process.
