Hi all,

I want to check if a remote mms:// stream exists. Just if it exists: not even use it.

i cant get it to work so far with php socket/fopen/exists......

this one exists:
mms://streams3.omroep.nl/tv/vara/najiblooptwarm/bb.20060603.asf

this one doesnt:
mms://streams3.omroep.nl/tv/vara/najiblooptwarm/bb.20060602.asf

Why doesnt it work?

Thanks for ANY help so far!!!! I'm really desperate!
p.s. needs to run on unix server.
p.s. other languages (if not possible with php) no problem.
