"Below you will find the headers and traceroute information
on one Raoul Xemblinosky (bogus name) who has been
continually abusing his usenet privileges and attempting
to create flame wars by impersonating different users and
crossposting to irrelevant newsgroups. He also seems to
change his address at every chance he gets possibly
violating his terms of agreements. I'm relatively sure you
have heard of this individual in the past as he seems to
be rather proud of his usenet accomplishments. If you
will visit http://iacw.usenet-performance-art.org/ you can
see some of his history. The archives will also display
a representation of his method of operation. He is a
bully and recruits other users to join him in his endeavors
to destroy normally docile and helpful newsgroups. Take
a look at alt.rollingstones and you can see what I mean.
The regular users in alt.music.mp3.napster have killfiled
him, but there are a lot of new users coming to the group
for assistance and these trolls, led by Raoul, have forced
these users to drop the newsgroup from their subscriptions,
thus missing an opportunity to solve their problems.
I don't know if this person has done anything that would
require his access to be cut, but it would doing a great
service to usenet if it happened."
