Hi All,

I am trying out a web based chat-server program on a server machine. I
opened few PORTS during my trial runs and somehow the telnet session
got
crashed and I couldn't explicitly close the PORTs. Now when I try my
program I get the following error

http://152.69.155.107/chatserver2.php

<<
Warning: socket_bind() unable to bind address [98]: Address already
in use in /home/suman/public_html/chatserver2.php on line 11
Could not bind to
socket
>>

Can anyone suggest how to close the PORTs already open.

Thanks & Regards,
