I am trying to run "select * from <table> where <columnname> = 0.0" in
query analyzer
<columnname> is a float
I get the following error:
Server: Msg 3628, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
A floating point exception occurred in the user process. Current
transaction is canceled.
I get the same error when I use the float <columnname> through an
application
I have tried upgrading to SP4, without any luck - still get the error
message.
Any help would indeed be appreciated.
