Exchange 2000? Try SQL 2000. :-)

I tried this, and it appeared to be prepare to wipe out my installation.
(It failed since I had Query Analyzer running.)

Then there does not seem to be an alternative to remove tools only,
and Books Online says that you can only install all of it. If the
Setup disk is not co-operative, you can use Add/Remove programs.

Before you uninstall, save your master database files and the other
databases. Once you have completed reinstalltion, just put back the
old databases where you found them.
