I have copied the extract from the zip files into the directory c:\php\...
and renamed the php.ini-recommended file to php.ini AND copied and pasted
this into the c:\windows directory and removed the comment out for
php_mysql.dll extension in the ini file and I get an error of :
HTTP 403 (forbidden) in the title and You are not authorised to view this
page if I try and view http://localhost/payments/ (which has an index.php
file in it)
If I try and go to http://localhost/payments/index.php I get the following
error: ... nevermind - for some reason, after having fought with it for 4
hours it has suddenly decided to work for no reason at all - I have just
watchede a 60min DVD outof frustration and it JUST WORKS!!
